Adhesive
Mats
Adhesive Mats are made of thin layers
of adhesive coated polyethylene film. These Sticky layers remove
particles from shoes and cart wheels with each entry. Adhesive
mats are designed to resist adhesive transfer, preventing sheet-to-sheet
delamination. This safety feature reduces any risk of worker related
tripping and allows for carts to roll over the mat easily. To
prevent distortion and slippage the bottom is lined with adhesive
strips.

Polystyrene Sticky
Mat Frame
The adhesive mat frame is intended
for use with adhesive mat. The frame allows
for easy relocation or removal for maintenance. The frame allows
for a 1" border
around the frame, and is sized accordingly to available mat sizes.
It adheres to
the floor with a web coating without leaving any residue or adhesive
and can be
used in clean environments. Adhesive mats can be removed and
re-applied for
re-use of the frame.
The mat frame is constructed of
a clean & durable
Polystirene material with a 1/8" thick poly-vinyl web coating on
the underside for traction to the floor.
