Construction
ZeroStat TractionStat II is a homogeneous vinyl floor covering with a high percentage of binder, colorfast pigments and reinforced with a fiberglass fleece. The embedded transparent chips together with the carborundum granules throughout, give TractionStat a decorative appearance while helping to conceal daily dirt. ZeroStat TractionStat II is wear resistant, indentation resistant, dimensionally stable, does not create dust, hygienic and easy to maintain.

Reference Specification: ASTM F-1303-90 Type 1, Grade 1, Class B Backing
Flexibility: Will not crack or break when bent around a 1/4" (6.4 mm) diameter mandrel.

Static Load Limit:
ASTM F-970 -- 700 Pounds Per Square Inch.

Tensile Strength: ASTM D-638: 673 p.s.i.

Slip Resistance: Meets or exceeds Federal Standards and A.D.A. recommendations of .6 for flat surfaces.

Fire Resistance:
ASTM E-662/NFPA 258 (Smoke Density)--450 or less.
ASTM E-648/NFPA 253 (Critical Radiant Flux)--Class 1.
F.M.V.S.S.-302--Meets or exceeds.

FAA Vertical Flammability:
Meets or exceeds.

Dimensional Stability:
Meets or exceeds ASTM F-1303.

Light Fastness:
Most Colors achieve a 6 on the Blue Scale (Blue scale maximum is 8).

Castor Resistance:
During 30,000 cycles of a wheel loaded with 150 pounds. No damage.
